Hoyd Lee Bonifacio my personal theory. The guy was so useless all his life. Not known for anything when he was elected president except member of lucky sperm club. If the truth came out he was gay that will dominate his narrative. So the government manipulated PR to make it look like he was ladies man. So so he could "govern" more effectively without having to deal with PR nightmare of being gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
